At MYLA, we aim to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 48 hours.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is between 8 and 15 days after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, local postal services, customs checks or unexpected transport delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact us as soon as possible at mylashopuk@outlook.com if you notice an error in your address.
We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has been processed or dispatched.
MYLA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed Orders
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs checks, public holidays, severe weather, high parcel volumes or transport disruptions.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with members of your household, neighbours and your local delivery service.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes that may apply in their country.
MYLA is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
